Spa Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to walk-in, phone, and SMS enquiries to provide accurate information and support customer needs
- Schedule customer appointments and send timely reminders to ensure attendance and smooth daily operations
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in the system to support service delivery and record keeping
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support spa operations and team efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a pleasant personality with experience in retail or customer service to enhance customer interactions
- Communicate effectively in two languages to assist a diverse customer base
- Exhibit strong communication skills to clearly convey information and resolve customer queries
