Patient Service Associate, Wards

You will co-ordinate and perform clerical and support functions in the assigned ward, such as handling the medical records and taking charge of the bed assignment and census update. You will ensure that patients are able to discharge promptly, as well as participate in any other duties that contributes to the smooth operations of the ward.

Job Requirements:

• GCE O/N/A Level or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Administrative Support) / ITE Certificate in Health Care
• Proficient in computer skills
• Has a pleasant disposition with the ability to provide good customer service
• Comfortable with shift work
• Open to deployment to other work locations e.g. Sengkang Community Hospital
