Role:

. Worship and Music Ministry Pastor
. Youth Pastor

Responsibility

. Worship and Music Ministry

• Weekly worship service planning
• Weekly volunteer coordinator and mobilisation
• Worship leading once per month
• Planning of special services (Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Worship Emphasis Sunday, Christmas)
• Pastoral care to volunteers who are serving in this ministry
• Adult choir coordinator
• Involved in coaching the worship team for the English Service

. Pastoral Work

• Oversee and caring young adult cell groups
• Leading Bible study in cell groups
• Adult Sunday School Teaching
• Preaching in services and fellowship events
• Visitation of church members
• Involvement in Memorial and Funeral Services Leading/Arrangement

Requirements

. Bible/Theological College degree (MDiv or relevant Master theological Degree/Church Music Degree)

. Music background at least ABRSM/Trinity Grade 8 in Instrument/Voice

. Models Christ-like behavior & exhibits godly character

. Has a heart for people in and outside the church

. Speak English and Mandarin fluently

. Proficient in using the computer for writing documents and designing presentation

. Proficient organizational and administration skills

. Proficient communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player
