Job Description

Are you a caring and capable Registered Nurse who enjoys a mix of clinical work and meaningful patient interaction Join our vibrant primary care team, where you'll play a key role in health screenings, early detection, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform health screenings, vital signs monitoring, blood taking (phlebotomy), ECGs, and assist doctors during consultations.
  • Provide patient education on preventive health, wellness, and chronic disease management.
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, managers, colleagues, and the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Manage patient flow, maintain accurate and secure patient records, and handle basic clinical software.
  • Assist in appointment booking, patient registration, and payment collection.
  • Support insurance, Medisave, and other claims filing processes.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, or destruction of documents in compliance with PDPA requirements.
  • Deliver warm, professional service and contribute to a positive patient journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Clinical Skills: Sound knowledge of medications, assisting doctors, ECG, blood taking, and maintaining patient records.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically with patients of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficient in the use of technology and computer systems.
  • Basic knowledge in clinical software.
  • Able to adapt quickly, multitask, and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid practicing license (Singapore Nursing Board).
  • Prior experience in a clinic (General Practitioner / Health Screening), healthcare, or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if required.
  • Passion for preventive healthcare and delivering outstanding patient care.
  • Bilingual in both English & Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and clientele)
