Perform front desks duties such as attending to patients registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions and answer and assist doctor's needs.
Dispensary of medication.
Assist Clinic Manager in her responsibility towards the over-all performance of the clinic with support from the Operation Department.
Provide excellent customer service.
Oversee and establishes inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in any discipline / GCE A Level / O Level / Higher NITEC
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change
PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills, Service oriented and a good team player
5.5 days week (Monday to Saturday)
Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role
