Patient Service Associate (5 days office hours) #HGN

Job scope:

• Managing dentists appointment calendars and rescheduling requests in ensuring calendars are created, blocked and rescheduled promptly
• Supporting day-to-day operations of pre-surgery and listing which includes financial counselling, fasting instructions, appointment scheduling and rescheduling
• Coordinating and liaising with clinics across various hospitals on the surgical operation list, including pre-operation evaluations, pre-admission testing and data collection
• Ensuring patients enquiries are handled tactfully and professionally

Requirements:

• Min N/O/A level
• Prior experience in healthcare industry would be advantageous
