Patient Service Associate
Contract (2 Years, Renewable/Convertible)
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join us as Patient Service Associates. You will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities (depending on department assigned)
- Handle patient registration, admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Provide financial counselling and assist patients/next-of-kin with enquiries.
- Support daily ward/clinic operations and ensure service readiness.
- Assist doctors and nurses with chaperone duties and consultation documents.
- Maintain proper patient records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support for departmental operations and events.
- Ensure smooth patient journey and deliver excellent customer service.
Working Hours
- 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Rotating or staggered shifts depending on department.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Levels or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in different clinics/hospital settings as required.
Employment Type
- 2-year contract (subject to extension or conversion to permanent based on performance).
