Conduct technical analysis ofclient technologies to assess novelty, patentability, and alignment with business goals
Review and evaluate invention disclosures, patent drafts, and prior art
Prepare technical descriptions
Advise clients on IP-related strategy, risk exposure, technical assessments and opportunities for protection to align with the business plan, market growth and business opportunities
Work with legal and business partners to prepare comprehensive due diligence reports
Analyze patent landscapes to benchmark clients against competitors and identify white spaces
Act as a trusted advisor bridging the gap between technical teams, patent attorneys, and investors
Requirements
15+ years of technical leadership experience with background in engineering, physics, computer science, or related fields
Master's degree in engineering, Physics or related fields. MBA is a considerable advantage
Knowledge in deep tech sectors such as AI, quantum, semiconductors, RF, aerospace and more
Ability to evaluate diverse technologies quickly and communicate insights clearly
Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to produce client-ready reports
Fluency in both the English and Hebrew languages
Additional language fluency are an advantage

Prior experience in technical assessment of technology
Familiarity with global IP frameworks (USPTO, EPO, APAC)
