Head of Technology - Energy and Utilities

A global energy company with its headquarters in Asia is seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Head of Technology to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This leadership role is instrumental in driving innovation, operational excellence, and scalable solutions that support the company&aposs continued growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

As Head of Technology, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for enterprise applications, infrastructure, network, end-user support, and workplace technology. You will refine and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role involves close engagement with senior stakeholders to co-create efficient and user-friendly solutions, while managing service delivery and IT operations across the organization.

Requirements:

You should have a degree in Information Technology or a related field, with over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a senior management role. A strong track record in managing enterprise systems, infrastructure, and workplace technologies is essential, along with expertise in cloud platforms and IT governance frameworks. Strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership are key to success in this role.
