Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5-8 years in infrastructure operations, patch management, change coordination, service delivery or technology process governance
- Hands-on knowledge of Open Systems administration covering Windows, Linux/Unix and server patching principles
- Working knowledge of middleware administration and patching, such as WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Apache HTTPD/Tomcat or equivalent platforms
- Experience coordinating production changes across infrastructure, middleware and application team
- Working knowledge of CRQ/change processes, VRA/exception handling, rollback and post-patch validation
- Comfortable supporting rostered overnight, weekend and public-holiday activities when patch windows require
- Strong documentation, stakeholder follow-up, issue triage and escalation discipline
- ITIL certification or equivalent service-management experience is preferred
