You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. Assists the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef on the production management of all pastry and bakery goods for the hotel's food and beverage operation, ensuring that the required mise-en-place and finished products are produced and delivered to the appropriate areas.
. Possess GCE N level and above
. Minimum 2 years of prior experience in similar capacity in the hotel industry will be an advantage
. Simple spoken and written English
. Pleasant disposition and well-groomed
. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
