Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Agricultural Machinery)
- Position Title: Parts & Logistics Executive
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 6PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate order confirmation, parts pickup, and delivery scheduling, along with generating delivery orders (DO) and invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, provide quotations, and follow up on potential orders.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues, process parts orders, and manage restocking requests.
- Manage incoming parts shipments, update inventory records, and fulfill outstanding customer orders.
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate and schedule part deliveries.
- Regularly follow up with suppliers about open or outstanding orders.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Diploma in Logistics Management or any relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience with logistics or supply chain is preferred
