Job Description
My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships & Outreach Executive to support stakeholder engagement initiatives within the public sector. This role involves coordinating outreach efforts, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting the execution of engagement activities and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives across government agencies, community organisations, and private sector partners
- Identify, map, and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure inclusive participation in programmes and outreach efforts
- Plan and execute awareness talks, including identifying target audiences and supporting post-event evaluation
- Organise and coordinate events such as workshops, dialogues, and consultations (both physical and virtual)
- Manage logistics including venue coordination, scheduling, participant registration, and preparation of materials
- Handle enquiries and correspondence, including ad hoc requests for collaterals and stakeholder communications
- Prepare clear and professional documentation such as briefs, reports, meeting notes, and proposals
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
- Provide administrative and operational support for outreach and engagement activities
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholder groups
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work collaboratively in a team and across organisations
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and digital tools

- Strong writing and documentation skills
