We are looking for a well-connected and dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our expanding team in ANEXT and own end-to-end partnership deliveryfrom sourcing new partners to managing relationships and coordinating internal approvals and launch.
Job Description:
- Hunt opportunities: Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with payment players (PSPs, acquirers, gateways, wallets) and marketplace/platform partners. Build and manage a strong pipeline.
- Manage partners: Act as the main point of contact. Lead commercial discussions, align scope and timelines, and support contracting (NDA, agreements, term sheets).
- Orchestrate internal stakeholders: Drive execution across Product, Ops, Legal, Risk, Compliance/AML, Finance, Tech, and LCAP/governance. Prepare materials, manage approvals, and ensure operational readiness for launch.
- Track delivery & performance: Maintain action logs, timelines, and reporting. Monitor post-launch performance and drive growth initiatives.
Requirement:
- 5+ years in partnerships/business development in payments, fintech, banking, or marketplaces. Understanding of Loans/Trade Finance domain will be a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills in a regulated environment.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, and ability to negotiate commercial terms.
