Drama Box is looking to hire a Partnership Development Manager to support the Executive Director in developing partnership and stakeholder frameworks, to amplify organisational impact in line with our larger artistic vision.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and cultivating strategic partnerships
- Managing and engaging with stakeholders such as funders, donors, partners and volunteers
- Leading fundraising and donation campaigns/programmes to meet larger sustainability goals
- Supporting the fundraising committee in planning or organising fundraising efforts
- Managing related databases
The ideal candidate should
- believe in the value of theatre and the arts
- identify with Drama Box's body of work and values, and be willing to grow with the company
- enjoy building relationships and connecting with people
- have an entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude and an open mind
- be a self-motivated and independent worker
- write well
- have at least 3 years of work experience in the arts or non-profit sector
