This is a hybrid set-up, contract role until end of March 2027.
Responsibilities:
Support the Music Label Partnerships (MLP) team APAC in various responsive/reactive and planning categories for the MLP team to manage optimal relationships with music labels in the region:
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive strategies and programs that drive product adoption and partner business value through the platform's family of apps.
- Performance Analysis: Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to regularly analyze the performance of their campaigns to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular reports on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team.
- Relationship Co-Management: Working along with Strategic Partner Managers, support managed partners with product education, partner deep-dives, escalation management, product consultations, and liaise with internal stakeholders to propose innovative solutions.
- Artist Account Management/Integrity and rights manager support: Partnering with Partner Experiences Managers and Labels Ops to help resolve partners accounts issues including access issues/hacks, username/profile name changes, merge requests, verifications, tracks delivery issues, etc.
- Manage/maintain database for music industry partners, create educational one-sheets on new product/features.
- Competition monitoring: collect and summarize best artists/labels marketing campaigns seen on other platforms in APAC
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years digital experience in Tech, Social media, Digital or Entertainment (interaction with record labels a plus but not required)
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and forecasting, able to turn data into meaningful narratives
- Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
- Experience navigating large organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders, effectively working cross-functionally, both internally and externally
- Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Knowledge of the entertainment & media ecosystem in APAC
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and projects, driving focus towards high-impact outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- A self-motivated and initiative-driven individual with a strong track record of taking ownership and driving results in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
