Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, business models, and marketing needs to create tailored, segment-specific partner marketing strategies.
- Partner closely with global marketing teams to design and execute innovative campaigns that drive partner advocacy, merchant acquisition, and transaction growth.
- Create and execute comprehensive segment-level marketing plans, including campaign development, co-marketing initiatives, content collaboration, and product or partner launches.
- Identify and drive marketing growth opportunities across the partner portfolio through co-branded campaigns, regional and international expansion, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and execute a scalable partner acquisition marketing program across APAC.
- Deliver measurable marketing outcomes aligned to revenue growth, partner engagement, and strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to uncover new market penetration opportunities through integrated, joint marketing strategies.
- Gain strong insight into partner marketing challenges and priorities, and communicate these insights internally to inform broader marketing strategies while keeping partners aligned on campaign roadmaps and programs.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in partnership marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably within e-commerce, payments, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce and payments marketing landscape, including competitive dynamics and market-specific nuances.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing, partner co-marketing best practices, and metrics-driven campaign management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with global, cross-regional, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
