This is a contract role ending on end December 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate partner integration of business messaging products and manage enablement initiatives including training, addressing partner inquiries, and providing relevant resources.
- Support partner managers in developing and executing GTM strategies to grow the partner ecosystem and accelerate adoption of business messaging solutions.
- Track and resolve partner escalations efficiently by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations.
- Gather partner and market feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to influence product improvements.
- Manage partner sales and program activities such as business plan execution, deal tracking, contracting, and incentives management.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new partners to expand the business messaging ecosystem in the APAC region.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in SaaS, cPaaS, enterprise software, or partnership management, with strong partner or customer management experience in enterprise SaaS/API environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with business messaging platforms and partner ecosystems.
