'Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Development Executive to drive strategic alliance growth and ecosystem expansion across priority technology partners. This role is responsible for building and scaling high-impact partnerships with leading global technology platforms, co-creating market offerings, and accelerating joint go-to-market success.

You will act as the executive interface between our organization and strategic partners, ensuring alignment across sales, solutions, marketing, and leadership teams to unlock mutual growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alliance Leadership

  • : Define and execute the partnership strategy for key global technology alliances.

    : Develop multi-year growth roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

    : Identify new co-innovation opportunities across cloud, AI, data, and enterprise platforms.

    : Serve as executive sponsor for strategic alliance relationships.

  • Revenue & Market Expansion

  • : Drive joint pipeline creation and revenue growth with alliance partners.

    : Co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives, industry solutions, and campaigns.

    : Enable field teams with partner-aligned messaging and value propositions.

    : Track and optimize alliance performance metrics (pipeline, bookings, certifications, partner tier status).

  • Executive Relationship Management

  • : Build trusted C-suite and regional leadership relationships within partner organizations.

    : Lead executive governance forums and quarterly business reviews.

    : Resolve escalations and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Ecosystem & Capability Development

  • : Strengthen internal capability aligned to partner priorities (certifications, specializations, designations).

    : Drive co-investment models including funding programs and innovation initiatives.

    : Identify white space opportunities across industry verticals and emerging technologies.

  • Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

  • : Represent the organization at partner events, executive briefings, and industry forums.

    : Position the company as a strategic and preferred alliance partner.

    : Contribute to strategic planning for emerging ecosystem opportunities.

    Mandatory Requirements

  • Prior experience in GCP, AI COE Setup, driving Agentic AI, market activation, partnership development & marketing campaigns
  • Excellent track record in Technology Consulting
  • Prior experience managing P&L, driving partnership across large enterprise functions

  • Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive track record in technology, consulting, or enterprise business development
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic alliances with global technology platforms
  • Strong understanding of cloud, AI, digital transformation, and enterprise solution landscapes
  • Proven track record of driving joint revenue growth and ecosystem expansion
  • Executive presence with strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience working across matrixed global organizations
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure win-win partnership models

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing global or regional hyperscaler alliances
  • Familiarity with co-sell frameworks and partner incentive structures
  • Background in consulting, system integration, or enterprise technology firms
  • Established network within regional technology ecosystems
