Serve as executive sponsor for strategic alliance relationships.
2. Revenue & Market Expansion
Drive joint pipeline creation and revenue growth with alliance partners.
Co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives, industry solutions, and campaigns.
Enable field teams with partner-aligned messaging and value propositions.
Track and optimize alliance performance metrics (pipeline, bookings, certifications, partner tier status).
3. Executive Relationship Management
Build trusted C-suite and regional leadership relationships within partner organizations.
Lead executive governance forums and quarterly business reviews.
Resolve escalations and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
4. Ecosystem & Capability Development
Strengthen internal capability aligned to partner priorities (certifications, specializations, designations).
Drive co-investment models including funding programs and innovation initiatives.
Identify white space opportunities across industry verticals and emerging technologies.
5. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning
Represent the organization at partner events, executive briefings, and industry forums.
Position the company as a strategic and preferred alliance partner.
Contribute to strategic planning for emerging ecosystem opportunities.
