Part Time Regulatory Associate (PHARMA MNC/North) - Entry Level #HAO

Salary: $1500 + $72

Duration: 1 year contract

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours (3 days a week)

Job Description:

. Work with Business Process Leader (BPL) to list down the whereuse of RM, PK, MX, etc using the power BI report generated.

. Check the status of the above against MX, FG by working with other stakeholders of M3 users (R&D, Purchasing, Planners, Sales & Marketing) to determine their status (20 or 90) so that only items with status 20 would be copied from M3 PREM (current) to M3 Cloud (New).

. Liaise with respective departments to test the different testing scenarios as planned by the titan project team during full scale test.

. Create a summarized report on how to make use of the UAP documents created in M3. Familiarize with the UAP prepared by BPM and use the new procedures in M3 Cloud to set up new item such as sample for registration, SF or MX to be set up as % BOM for small quantities of ingredients added etc.
