We are seeking a Part-Time R&D Food Technologist to support our product development initiatives and bring fresh ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the research and development of new food products, recipes, and formulations.
- Assist in conducting product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life testing.
- Work with Chefs and Operations to refine recipes for practicality and commercial scalability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Document product development activities and maintain technical records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related discipline.
- Some prior experience in R&D, product development, or food manufacturing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards (SFA/MOH).
- Passion for food innovation with strong attention to detail.
