Immediate - Food Technologist (Beverage R&D) #HKF

Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 5:15PM
Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

. Drive new product development from concept through to commercialization
. Identify improvements in existing products, ingredients, and processes
. Lead and support trial runs, commercial runs, and troubleshooting
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product leaders, project managers, specialists)
. Work on product and process innovation at the Pilot Plant
. Ensure compliance with food regulations
. Assist in transforming documentation systems to paperless workflows

Requirements

. Min. Degree in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, or Microbiology
. Min. 2 years experience in the F&B industry, preferably in Beverage R&D
. Hands-on experience with Pilot Plant operations is a plus
. Strong project management and collaboration skills
. Meticulous with great attention to detail
. Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and documentation systems
