Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM
Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support product development from concept to commercialization
- Identify and implement improvements to existing products, ingredients, and processes
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Conduct trial runs, commercial runs, and troubleshoot as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Leaders, Project Managers, Specialists) during Pilot Plant trials and testing
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Support the digital transformation of documentation processes
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Chemistry, Microbiology or related disciplines
- Min 2 years experience in the F&B industry, with a focus on Beverage R&D preferred
- Hands-on experience in operating Pilot Plant equipment is a strong advantage
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
