Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Mailroom Assistant to support daily mailroom operations on an ad hoc, as-needed basis. This role is suitable for individuals who are flexible and able to support during peak periods or staff absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform basic mailroom duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing
- Handle simple reprographics tasks (printing, binding, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the mailroom
- Follow workflow processes and compliance requirements
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to commit on an ad hoc / flexible basis
- Basic computer skills (e.g. email, printing, scanning)
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and reliable
Working Arrangement:
- Ad hoc / as-and-when required
- Working hours and days will be based on operational needs
