Job Description

Our Client is an public listed American cloud computing company that sells software, cloud services, and software-defined storage.

They are strengthening their regional digital marketing team and are looking for a Demand Generation and ABM specialist to be based in the Singapore office. You will be a part of our APAC Digital Demand Marketing team and will be working with various marketing teams to conceptualize, create and build customized multi-touch email marketing campaigns, and targeted ABM programs. Post email campaigns, part of your job scope would also be to report on email performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Salary Range: SGD 4000 - SGD 5000

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and craft Integrated marketing campaigns, including developing and building paid media programs, landing pages, email HTML, reporting, database management, and list segmentation with strong change management skills
  • Develop and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns. Developing strategy, stakeholder alignment, and project management
  • Proactively maintain the data integrity of our email database, establish email flow rules and implement operational workflows to regularly scrub the database
  • Develop data-driven digital campaigns and perform fast-cycle A/B testing
  • Configure IP warming and IP reputation maintenance to improve email deliverability and engagement rates for various Asia Pacific countries
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for email solutions and email campaign process and workflow
  • Stay ahead of current and upcoming industry platforms, standards and trends, and introduce and share this knowledge with the wider marketing team
  • Provide regular analysis, reporting and updates for multi-touch campaigns

The Candidate

You have demonstrated experience and interest in email marketing and ABM campaigns and want to make a significant impact to grow the business. You are detail oriented, always on the lookout for ways to improve current workflows to be more efficient. You are strategic, analytical, and capable of providing actionable insights to deliver targeted campaigns.

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively you want to have the opportunity to own the regional email marketing and ABM strategy and execution. Strong team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to a dynamic, innovative workplace.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or higher Degree
  • At least 1-3 years of previous B2B experience in an email marketing role
  • Strong experience in marketing automation tools e.g. Marketo (preferred), Eloqua, and SFDC or any other CRM tools
  • Experience with ABM tools e.g. Demandbase, 6sense.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing multi-touch email campaigns for events, product launches, email nurture, targeted campaigns, and other digital marketing activities
  • Good knowledge of the Martech, web and social media landscape would be a plus
  • Hands on experience with Integrate Marketing Campaigns leveraging Paid, Own and Earned channels
  • Hands on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Business Manager
  • Independent and resourceful problem solver who proactively seeks out solutions
  • Ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and details in reporting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and loves challenges
  • Ability to excel both independently as well as part of a team
  • Practices outstanding time management
