Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our food & beverage brand. The role involves driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and boosting sales through both online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the restaurant/brand
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events (seasonal menus, festive campaigns, collaborations)
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and create engaging content
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including ads, SEO, and email campaigns
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors in the F&B industry
- Work closely with operations team to align marketing with menu launches and in-store promotions
- Manage branding, visual identity, and ensure consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media for brand exposure
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Manage marketing budget effectively
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Creative mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with restaurant marketing or multi-outlet brands
- Familiarity with food delivery platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda) marketing tools
- Basic photography or content creation skills
