PART-TIME IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Salary: SGD 1,800 - SGD 2,200 per month
Work Arrangement: Mainly Work From Home, with occasional on-site support

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide technical support for our 24-hour operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, computers, printers, and other IT-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day IT support to the company and factory operations.
Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, LAN cabling, computers, printers, and other IT-related issues.
Participate in an on-call arrangement and respond to urgent IT issues outside normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Attend the company premises when an urgent technical issue cannot be resolved remotely. For example, if a factory network cable or connection fails during late-night operations, the technician may be required to attend the site to troubleshoot and restore the connection.
Perform basic installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects when required.

Requirements

Relevant IT support experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, and basic troubleshooting.
Responsible, responsive, and willing to attend on-site for urgent IT issues when required.
