Responsibilities:
. Directfood preparation and collaborates with Head chef and Sous Chefs.
. Keepstation clean and complies with food safety standards.
. Monitorand maintain kitchen equipment.
. Managingand working closely with other Chefs of all levels
. Beingresponsible for health and safety
. Beingresponsible for food hygiene practices
. Minimisefood wastage.
. Other jobrelated tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements:
At least 3 days a week (1030am to 10pm with a 1.5 to 2 hour break)
