Service Crew (Spanish Tapas Bar) (Joo Chiat)

Working Hours: fixed 2 days off, 5 day work week, 44 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Serve tapas, drinks, and desserts in a timely manner

• Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests

• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to service standards

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or feedback

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service

• Handle payments and operate POS systems accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area in line with hygiene standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not mandatory

• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Knowledge of food safety and basic hygiene standards

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
