Part-Time Assistant (Luxury Jewellery)

About Euroicona

Euroicona is a private luxury concierge representing a curated selection of European luxury jewellery Maisons in Southeast Asia.

Working closely with collectors and clients, the brand operates through private viewings, intimate salons, and curated trunk shows — offering rare experiences to fine and high jewellery.

The Role

This role is an opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain exposure to the inner workings of a luxury jewellery business.

You will support the day-to-day operations behind client appointments, brand coordination, and the preparation of curated experiences for collectors.

2 days per week

What You Will Be Involved In

Client & Sales Support

• Record client database information
• Help track client interest, orders, and inquiries
• Support planning and set up for jewellery trunk shows and private salons
• Assist in coordinating viewing appointments, and provide support during client appointments and private viewings

Administrative Support

• Organise invoices, receipts, and simple spreadsheets
• Maintain inventory lists and jewellery tracking sheets
• Help prepare shipping documentation and packing lists

Ideal Candidate

• 1–2 years of experience with sales or client-related roles in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or art
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and hospitality skills
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic admin tasks
• Able to assist at events when required
