About Euroicona
Euroicona is a private luxury concierge representing a curated selection of European luxury jewellery Maisons in Southeast Asia.
Working closely with collectors and clients, the brand operates through private viewings, intimate salons, and curated trunk shows — offering rare experiences to fine and high jewellery.
The Role
This role is an opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain exposure to the inner workings of a luxury jewellery business.
You will support the day-to-day operations behind client appointments, brand coordination, and the preparation of curated experiences for collectors.

What You Will Be Involved In
Client & Sales Support
- Record client database information
- Help track client interest, orders, and inquiries
- Support planning and set up for jewellery trunk shows and private salons
- Assist in coordinating viewing appointments, and provide support during client appointments and private viewings
Administrative Support
- Organise invoices, receipts, and simple spreadsheets
- Maintain inventory lists and jewellery tracking sheets
- Help prepare shipping documentation and packing lists
Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience with sales or client-related roles in luxury, fashion, jewellery, or art
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic admin tasks
- Able to assist at events when required
