Responsibilities

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support for members in the team
  • Handling administrative enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Managing travel arrangements and booking hotels and reservations
  • Assist in preparing and submitting expense claims
  • Calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Manning incoming and directing the calls
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
  • Perform bank deposits
  • Involved in Ad-Hoc Projects
