Update and reconcile in Xero accounting system.
Prepare, send & track Invoices.
Prepare training attendance and related documents.
Order catering for training.
Respond to email enquiries.
Assist with other office admin duties.

This is a freelance role.

Flexi-hours.

90% of the time Work From Home.

10% work from office at Ubi Road 1.
