Part-time role [.Please only apply if you are comfortable with this arrangement]:
4hrs/day, 3x/week = total 12 hours a week. Suitable for candidates looking for flexibility in your schedule, home-makers, caregivers etc.
Location: Maxwell MRT (Chinatown)
Responsibilities:
- Provide simple administrative and operational support in the clinic, including:
- Administrative tasks such as sorting and digital archival of documents, internal dispatching, document mailing, receiving of item etc.
- Coordinate and provide support for clinic's meetings and events.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and order at the centre's non-treatment areas.
- Liaise with clinical staff on stock management and accurate/appropriate replenishment, make timely and accurate inventory purchases
- Assist to replenish pantry supplies
- Support the Clinical, Finance and Operations teams on simple monthly administrative reports
- Additional operational related support as required by the company
Requirements:
GCE O / N level or NITEC qualifications, open to homemakers
Preferably with 1-2 years experience in a healthcare facility or administrative/frontline role.
Meticulous, initiative, approachable
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
