Duties and Responsibilities
- Tallying time claims for locums and staff
- Tracking MC and leave records
- Raising purchase orders
- Handling other administrative duties as required
Working hours
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Only for 1-2 days per week
Requirements
- Must be able to commit 1 - 2 days every week
- May be required to travel between 3 branches (Central locations)
- Able to commit to 11th-12th of the month
- Able to commit to month end to do claims
