Paralegal

Baker & McKenzie Wong & Leow is looking for a Legal Professional to join our Finance & Projects Practice Group. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working on complex cross-boarder transactions and regulatory matters in the fast-paced, international law firm environment.

The candidate will work on a broad range of matters, including financing transactions, legal and regulatory research, due diligence exercises, and capital markets and regulatory compliance task. The ideal candidate will have minimum 8 years of experience in an international law firm, with exposure in banking & finance, acquisition and project finance, loans and credit facilities, capital markets / securities, and financial services & fintech regulation.
