Job Summary
You will prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing them to ensure paint adheres properly. You will select and blend paints to match specific colors and finishes, then apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers. You will handle materials such as wood, metal, and drywall while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. You will communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other professionals, manage your time to meet deadlines, solve problems during the painting process, and pay close attention to detail to deliver high-quality finishes. You will also participate in morning Tool Box meetings.
