Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing to ensure proper paint adhesion
- Select and blend paints to achieve specific colors and finishes according to project requirements
- Apply paint, stain, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Handle materials such as wood, metal, and drywall safely and appropriately during painting tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and other professionals to coordinate work and address concerns
- Manage time effectively to complete painting tasks within set deadlines
- Identify and resolve issues during the painting process to maintain quality standards
- Attend daily Tool Box meetings to stay informed on safety and work updates
