3.Conduct preliminary resume screening and phone screenings (with time zone flexibility for international candidates) to assess fit.
4.Coordinate interview schedules, send calendar invites, and share pre-interview materials with candidates and interviewers.
5.Maintain accurate candidate tracking records (via ATS, e.g., Lever/Greenhouse) and update recruitment progress in real time.
6.Generate periodic recruitment reports (weekly/monthly) to share hiring progress, channel effectiveness, and key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire) with the team.

1.Academic Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program (no major restriction; majors in Human Resources, International Business, English, or related fields are a plus).
2.Proficient in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing (e.g., Boolean search, talent pool building) and recruitment management.
3.Prior internship experience in recruitment (corporate/agency) is preferred; experience in overseas recruitment (e.g., supporting hiring for international teams) is highly valued.
4.Detail-oriented and result-driven, with strong logical thinking to analyze recruitment data and solve process issues.
5.Proficient in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
6.Able to commit to an internship duration of at least 3 months, with preference given to candidates who can work45 days a week.
