Position : Junior Executive
Salary : SGD4,000 SGD6,500
Transportation allowance: SGD60 per month
(Salary will be reviewed according to expansion of responsibilities, based on performance.)

Working Hour : 08:30 - 17:30

[Position Overview]

This position will start from Inside Sales job.

After gaining understanding of products and business through Inside Sales job, transition to Outside Sales. (Approximately 6 months for Inside Sales job.)

Outside sales job will start as attending with another Outside sales client visiting, and gradually take on own assigned customers.

Responsibilities :

(Common for Inside Sales job and Outside Sales job)

・Prepare and Process Quotations, Orders, Invoicing and all relevant documentation.

- Handle each process in a timely and accurate manner.

- Acquire product knowledge and become proficient in preparing Quotation, and provide flexible solutions based on customer's requirements.

.Communicate with Japan office (Shipping dept, Sales team, technical dept) often by English(Simple communication).

・Take initiative in improving work process and sales activity.

(Outside Sales)

・Regularly visit customers to provide proposals based on appropriate product maintenance recommendations.

・Through deep communication with customers, identify their challenges and propose solutions using our products and services.

・Respond promptly and accurately for complain from client to keep and earn trust from customers.

・Conduct both macro and micro market research to discover new business opportunities, then create and carry out new business proposals.

・Onboard vessel as necessary to check situation and prepare solutions.

Requirements :

- At least 3 years of working experience as Outside sales.

- At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

- Proficiency in English for liaising with client and internal.

- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
