Gross salary up to $3,200 per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, following standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Scaling ingredients, kneading, dividing, shaping, proofing.
- Safely operate and monitor baking equipment (e.g., oven), ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Adjust baking time, temperature and techniques as needed to achieve perfect results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work stations.
- Collaborate effectively with other bakers to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of all products.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Baker will be preferred.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes and processess with meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 20kg) and work in a hot environment.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
