Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake and manage all baked items efficiently, ensure baked items are prepared correctly and on time
- Involve in the daily operations of the kitchen
- Assist in minimising food wastage through correct measurement, weighing the flour correctly
- Control the oven temperature
- Able to prepare the ingredients, create fillings and mix various ingredients
- Responsible to clean up workplace and perform minor maintenance to equipment on daily basis
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in line with food safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required for this position
- Understanding the baking procedure and process
- Diploma or Degree in Baking or relevant discipline
- Able to meet deadlines
- Good interest in baking
