Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sale of marble and natural stone products for construction and interior/exterior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and developers, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and visit potential clients including construction companies, architects, designers, and real estate developers.
- Promote and sell a wide range of marble and natural stone products for use in commercial and residential projects.
- Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, quotations, and project proposals.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and prepare contracts.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or construction.
- Strong understanding of marble, granite, and natural stone products is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
