Job Description

Assist in seeking lead contacts from various sources and perform marketing/cold-call.
Maintain customers data for invoices and delivery orders processing.
Handle enquiries, initialing of quotations.
Maintain efficient filing system, for all document - enquiries from customers, discussion notes and supporting documents on Quality control.
Perform support to Sales Admin and Marketing function.
Communicate with customer office and site to discuss on delivery requirement.
Identify question from customer, gather required information and report to manager for advice.
Provide QC and Sales support to internal department to ensure team efficiency and effectiveness.
Input data in to System Analysis Program (SAP)
Letter writing
Filing of mix design.
Other ad hoc assignment as assigned.
