Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners to generate MICE-related sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with leads from multiple channels and convert them to sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize MICE travel packages and price itineraries according to requirements of customers
  • Sales driven yet focused on delivering quality work for clients
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
  • Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a travel advisor or in similar sales or service role
  • Working knowledge of SABRE and GDS system (Airline booking system)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for liaison with Mandarin speaking associates)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Keen interest in international travel trends
  • Ability to work independently and yet a team player

Compensation Package

  • Basic + commission
  • Annual Wage Supplement and Variable Bonus (Profit-sharing, to company's discretion)
