As we continue to grow and expand across the region, we are looking for driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to grow our membership base through proactive outreach, partnerships, and external lead generation.

About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new membership growth through self-sourced leads and proactive sales efforts. This is a pure outbound role, focused on identifying opportunities, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into long-term members.
You will play a key role in expanding Evolve MMA's reach beyond walk-ins and inbound enquiries, and will be rewarded through an uncapped commission structure and clear performance-based career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and generate new leads through outbound efforts (cold calling, referrals, networking, partnerships, corporate outreach, etc.)
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, messaging platforms, and social media
- Understand prospect needs and recommend suitable membership programs
- Confidently communicate Evolve MMA's memberships, services, and training programs
- Arrange gym tours, trials, and consultations for interested prospects
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and conversions
- Collaborate with operations and front desk teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Participate in regular sales training and performance development
- Represent the Evolve MMA brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound sales
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Comfortable with proactive outreach and rejection
- Passion for health, fitness, or martial arts is a strong advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required for outreach or events
