Customer Experience Executive/ Order Processing Executive (Food indus, North, 5 days office hours)

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to support end-to-end customer service operations and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and service requests through various communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service enhancement opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on customer service activities.
• Support additional administrative or operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Experience in customer service, customer support, sales support, order management, or similar functions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or business systems.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
