Job scope:
- Provided status on delayed orders with reasons
- Monitor open order delivery status and initiate product exchanges, rentals, escalations needed for customers need
- Entering order, quote request, PO review, case management
- Attending and lead customer calls, prepared with summary of open customers queries
- Driving internal changes required due to customer actions and process requirements
- Driving internal changes required due to customer actions and process requirements
- Other adhoc assigned
Requirements:
- Experience in Repair on Aerospace Industry
- Comfortable to support Alternate saturday whenever required
