As part of its continued investment in technology and HR transformation, the company is creating a new role for an Oracle HCM Consultant / HRIS Specialist.
Position OverviewThis is a newly created position where you will play a pivotal role in optimising and supporting Oracle HCM modules. The current HRIS landscape is undergoing significant change. You will be expected to bring both technical expertise and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth system performance and integration across multiple HR functions.
Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing, optimising and configuring Oracle HR modules including Core HR, Learning, Absence Management and Recruitment modules. You will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborate closely with COEs, and generate reports to support HR operations. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide end-user support, ensure effective system integration, and drive improvements to enhance overall HRIS efficiency.
RequirementsYou are degree-qualified with at least 5 years experience in HRIS, with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM systems. You are comfortable navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Consulting experience will be an advantage. To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently as an individual contributor.
