Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant (Contract)
Location: Singapore (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months initial (extension up to 15 months)
Start Date: July / August
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant to support a key implementation programme based in Singapore. This is a hands-on delivery role, focused specifically on Payroll, requiring strong prior experience across multiple end-to-end implementations.
Due to current visa constraints, Singapore-based candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and define payroll requirements
- Configure and deploy Payroll solutions in line with local compliance and business needs
- Support system design, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities
- Provide expertise on best practices for Payroll processes within Oracle Fusion
- Collaborate with cross-functional HCM teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues during implementation and go-live
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll (essential)
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration and delivery
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance
- Experience working in onsite, client-facing environments
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced project setting
Preferred Profile
- Currently based in Singapore or with valid right to work
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working on regional or global HCM programmes
Additional Information
- Onsite presence in Singapore is mandatory
- Initial 6-month contract, with strong likelihood of extension up to 15 months
- Day rate will be competitive and aligned with current Singapore market rates
- Rate will be a key determining factor in the selection process
